Labisia Pumila (Kacip Fatimah) is a flowering plant in the family Primulaceae native to Malaysia. It is a small, woody and leafy plant with leaves of 20 cm in length, and grows widely in the shade of the tropical forest floor.
It is synonymous with its use among women. Traditionally, Kacip Fatimah is used to speed up the birth of a baby and as a medicine to restore women’s health during abstinence.
