Rojak is a traditional food of raw fruits and vegetables mixed with gravy. This food is easy to find in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
HOW FRUIT ROJAK SAUCE IS MADE?

Cut the dried chillies and discard the seeds. Wash clean and soak in hot water for 5 minutes. Then drain. In a blender, combine dried chillies, shrimp paste and a cup of water. Blend everything until smooth. Then pour into the pan. Mix brown sugar and a cup of water. Strain into the pan. Also add granulated sugar, soy sauce and chilli sauce. Stir well. Cook until all the ingredients are boiling. Stir the sauce periodically to avoid flooding and overflowing. Then add the cornstarch mixture. Stir well. Cook until the sauce becomes quite thick. Then just add sesame and peanuts. Sprinkle excess peanuts on the rojak sauce when you want to eat. Cook again until thick and black.
