Let’s make dried anchovies in soy sauce using ‘Dinnur’ Sambal Angau Bilis
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup ‘Dinnur’ Sambal Angau Bilis
- 1 Potato (Diced And Deep Fried)
- 1 Onion (Sliced Thinly)
- 2 – 3 Green And Red Birds Eye Chillies (Reduce/Discard If Not Into Spicy Food)
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Thick Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- Salt and sugar (optional)
- Oil
- Water (optional)
Method:
- Pour some oil in a heated wok or pan. Add in the sliced onions and saute for a minute or 2.
- Add in the birds eye chilli if you want more heat and spiciness. Mix well.
- Add in the 1 Cup of ‘Dinnur’ Sambal Angau Bilis and mix well again. If you find this mixture too thick, thin it out with some water. Let it cook for a minute.
- Finally add in the soy sauce, oyster sauce and fried diced potato. Give a good mix and stir.
- Do a taste test and adjust accordingly with salt and sugar.
- The dish is now ready. Plate it up and serve immediately with white rice, brown rice, fried rice, glutinous rice or bread.
