SAMBAL is an integral part of Malaysian cuisine. It is an all-purpose condiment paste typically made from a mixture of a variety of chili peppers with secondary ingredients such as shrimp paste, garlic, ginger, shallot, scallion, palm sugar and lime juice. It maybe added to other dishes such as noodles, soups, stews, meat and rice. Sambal is often use to add flavour and spices to marinades, dips, sauces and spreads.

SAMBAL GORENG SPICY & CRISPY is a home made ready to eat condiment  comprising of the finest and natural ingredients. The sauce is prepared by frying dried anchovies, tempe(fermented soyabeans), peanuts and  potatoes till they turn crisp. Then they are mixed with the sambal and sautéed till dry to get the spicy and crispy taste. Once you taste it, your mouth will crave for more.
