Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Red Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, and Spices Powder.

Preparation Steps:

1. Well rinse the rice with tap water and soak in clean water for 30 mins.

2.  Pour Yemeni Mendhi paste and add 700ml water (650ml if using a pressure cooker) into the cooking pot until boiling point.

3. Toss the soaked rice and add to the boiled mixture.

4. Let the rice cook itself until it gets fluffy (tips: use high pressure for 8 minutes if using a pressure cooker).
Pour Saffron Rose Water (included in the set) un three different points.
Close the pot again for about 10 minutes and it is ready to be served.
