‘WAHIDA’ Aromatic Spiced Thick Soy Sauce Paste is a spiced and flavourful instant soy sauce paste that comes with the right amount of spiciness, sweetness and aroma. It goes well with chicken, meat, fish, prawns, squid, crab and does not over power their distinctive taste when cooked.

Let’s Cook Up A Quick Soy Sauce Beef Dish Using ‘WAHIDA’ Aromatic Spiced Thick Soy Sauce Paste

Ingredients:

  • ½ Kg Of Lean Beef (Wash And Clean The Beef. Cut Into Bite Size Cubes)
  • 1 Onion (Thinly Sliced)
  • 1 Pack Of ‘Wahida’ Aromatic Soy Sauce Paste
  • Oil
  • 100ml Of Water
  • Cilantro And Red Chilli For Garnish

Method:

  1. Pour some oil in a heated pan or wok. Drop in the beef cubes and pan-fry them. Ensure that both sides are cooked well. Do a poke test to see if beef cubes are cooked. Remove them and place on a paper towel to cool down.
  2. In the same pan where the beef cubes were seared, add the sliced onion and saute for a minute or 2.
  3. Add in 1 pack of ‘WAHIDA’ Aromatic Spiced Thick Soy Sauce Paste followed by 100ml of water. Give a good stir and mix. Let it simmer and boil for a minute.
  4. Finally add in the pan-fried beef cubes to the yummy soy sauce mixture and stir well.
  5. There is no necessity to cook for a long period as all are ready to eat ingredients or cooked ahead of time.
  6. Let the sauce thicken for a minute or 2 and you can switch off the stove. Plate it up and garnish with thinly sliced cilantro and red chilli.
  7. Serve it immediately with white rice, brown rice, nasi lemak (rich coconut rice), glutinous rice, bread or even pasta. Enjoy!
