2nd Way (if you are travelling or on the move):

Just pour hot water into the ready to eat meal pack and wait for 5 to 10 minutes. Once again a hearty and scrumptious meal awaits you.

Let’s bring this ready to eat meal to the next level by making into a stir fried chicken rice if you are at home. In Malay language this dish is known as Nasi Lemak goreng.

Real Quick Fried Nasi Lemak Recipe | MAGGI® Malaysia

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack ‘Rich Coconut Rice And Chicken In Red Curry Sauce
  • Oil
  • ¼ cup thawed frozen vegetables (optional)
  • Garnish with sliced boiled egg, cucumber, tomato, fried anchovies and peanuts

Method:

  1. Heat up a wok and pour in 1 teaspoon oil.
  2. Drop in the rich coconut rice and give a good mix.
  3. Next pour the Chicken In Red Curry and mix well with the rich coconut rice.
  4. Finally throw in the thawed vegetables and give a good final toss and mix. (optional)
  5. There is no necessity to cook for long as you are using all pre-cooked ingredients.
  6. Remove from stove and your stir fried chicken rich coconut rice is ready to be served. Garnish with sliced boiled egg, cucumber, tomato, fried anchovies and peanuts. Enjoy!
