Sambal Tempoyak (fermented durian Sambal)
Sambal Tempoyak Daun kayu is a combination of local wood shoots cooked and added petai.
The product is ready to eat without the need to heat and can be stored at normal temperature.
Ingredient: a mixture of local wood shoots, onion, original tempoyak and petai.
Tempoyak or asam durian is a Malay condiment made from fermented durian. It is usually consumed by the ethnic Malays in Southeast Asia, notably in Indonesia and Malaysia
Sambal Tempoyak Daun Kayu is usually served with steamed rice.
