This jerky is long-lasting because there is no use of coconut milk and is cooked until dry. It tastes like dry rendang but it’s definitely not rendang.

It is cooked for hours to blend the ingredients together to increase the sweet, salty and slightly spicy taste.

Ready to be eaten by itself or with rice, bread, ketupat, lemang etc.

It can also be cooked with spaghetti, macaroni, vermicelli and others.
