Love Letter Biscuits or also known as Kuih Kapit in Malay language, is a popular all time favourite snack made during festive seasons in Malaysia. It is immensely enjoyed by the young and old as it easily melts in your mouth despite being crunchy. The thin waffle-like biscuit is made with mainly rice flour that gives it a very fragile and crispy texture. The combination of fragrance and flavour of coconut milk, egg and caramelized sugar are sure to please your gastronomical senses.

Origin Of Love Letter Biscuits
