Masak Lemak Cili Padi Paste 180g

Instructions:

1. Pour 1 pack of Kuking Masak Lemak Cili Padi paste into a pot.

2. Add 250 – 350 ml of water.

3. Add 1 kg of chicken (cut into small pieces)/ smoked beef cubes/ beef cubes/ shrimp/ fish.

4. Add 2 stalks of lemongrass (optional).

5. Add 200 ml of coconut milk.

6. Stir well and slowly simmer until the chicken is tender.

 

Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Turmeric, Red & Green Bird’s Eye Chili, Tamarind, Turmeric Leaves, Sugar, Salt & Permitted Seasoning Powder

Rendang Paste 180g

Instructions:

 1. Pour 1 pack of Kuking Rendang paste into a pot.

 2. Add 200 – 300 ml of water.

 3. Add 1 kg chicken (cut into small pieces)/ beef cubes.

 4. Add 200 ml of coconut milk.

 5. Add 2 tablespoon toasted grated coconut (kerisik).

 6. Stir well and slowly simmer until chicken/ beef is tender.

 

Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Rendang Powder, Ginger, Galangal, Turmeric, Chili, Garcinia Atroviridis, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Turmeric Leaves, Palm Oil, Sugar & Salt

Asam Pedas 180g

Instructions:

1. Pour 1 pack of Kuking Asam Pedas paste into a pot.

2. Add 500 – 650 ml of water.

3. Add 1 kg of fish/ chicken (cut into small pieces)/ beef cubes/ fish eggs.

4. Add some tomatoes and lady fingers (okra) for extra taste.

5. Wait until it is boiled and ready to serve.

Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Tamarind, Garcinia Atroviridis, Dried Chili, Palm Oil, Black Pepper, Salt, Sugar, Belacan, Kantan Flower & Kesum Leaves
